Refund policy
If there is a problem with something made from fresh material, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph could be required to support any claims. We will exchange items, where applicable, if they are damaged when you receive them. Please contact us immediately with photos at hello@borrowedlightflorals.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Should you prefer a refund, once your claim has been approved, we will send you an email to notify you of this and your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Borrowed Light Floral Studio is not responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Workshops
If you have purchased a workshop ticket or had a ticket purchased for you, unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds within 7 days of the event. Should you be able to give us written notice no less than 24 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit note. Please contact us at hello@borrowedlightflorals.com.
