Ceropegia Woodii, a much loved trailing semi-succulent plant. Known for their sweet heart-shaped leaves, long vines and stunning silver colouring.
Native to the south of the African continent, String of Hearts grow in semi-arid condition with moderate rainfall. Indoors it thrives in warm bright indirect conditions where it is allowed to dry out a little bit in between waterings.
