If there is a problem with something made from fresh material, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph could be required to support any claims.  We will exchange items, where applicable, if they are damaged when you receive them. Please contact us immediately with photos at


Should you prefer a refund, once your claim has been approved, we will send you an email to notify of this and you refund will be processed, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment

Borrowed Light Floral Studio are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you have purchased a workshop ticket or had a ticket purchased for you, we are unable to accept refunds within 7 days of the event. Should you be able to give us written 24 written notice in advance we can offer you a credit note. Please contact us at
